1. Seller and contact

2. The service
The First is one public shared digital service. Watching is free. The original figure and line cannot be destroyed, although the figure may be creatively developed while its protected existence remains. Continued operation can never be guaranteed forever.
3. One-time order
You order one AI-assisted interpretation of your prompt, a preview, and immediate publication of the automatically screened contribution or effect after verified payment. This is not a subscription, download, NFT, investment or exclusive ownership. Continued public hosting is an ancillary free feature for the lifetime of the service.
4. Preview and public record
Before paying you see the exact prompt, AI title and description, category, visual preview and final price, and you may edit the prompt. The original prompt, chosen creator name, result and Chronicle entry are public. Do not submit personal or sensitive data.
5. Price and payment
The final amount is shown immediately before the payment-obligation button. Current base categories range from €0.99 to €9.99. A €9.99 catastrophe can destroy at most €9.99 of value. Big Bang starts at €999. Its price rises automatically so that it always exceeds the world's protected historical peak of destructible value; the current amount is shown before you order. Payment is one-off by card through Stripe Checkout.
6. Delivery and confirmation
The contribution or effect is performed after verified payment. If performance fails, it is safely recovered or refunded. A durable confirmation contains the exact prompt, total, consent evidence, seller identity and immutable accepted legal wording.
7. Fourteen-day withdrawal
An EU consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of contract formation. Requesting immediate performance does not remove this right. A timely withdrawal receives a full refund by the same means within 14 days; the public value becomes €0.00 and the prompt and creator name are anonymised or hidden unless retention is legally required.
8. Defects and complaints
The digital performance must conform to the preview confirmed by the customer and to mandatory legal requirements. Complaints may be submitted electronically or by email, are acknowledged on a durable medium, and are handled within the statutory period.
9. Content and payment reversals
Illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, harassing or rights-infringing content may be refused or removed with an appropriate refund. Only a successful refund or a dispute finally lost by the seller reverses paid value; an open, won or withdrawn dispute does not.
10. Availability and law
The service may change and uninterrupted availability is not promised. Each order is governed by its immutable stored legal snapshot. Slovak law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the consumer's EU country of habitual residence.
11. Originality, prohibited requests and content screening
By submitting a prompt you confirm that the idea is your own original work or that you hold the necessary rights. You must not request the reproduction or clear imitation of third-party protected characters, franchises, brands, logos or trademarks, unauthorised likenesses of real people, or explicit sexual, hateful, dangerous or unlawful content. Every prompt and every AI result is automatically screened before publication; a contribution may be automatically refused, or removed after a report, with an appropriate refund. Statutory copyright exceptions such as quotation, criticism, review, caricature, parody or pastiche, where they apply, are not denied by these Terms. If you believe an automated decision was wrong you may request human review at the contact address; a decision on a report or an appeal will not be based solely on automated processing. Automated screening does not create a right to have any particular content published.
12. Licence and content decisions
To process the order and operate the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence limited to storing, technically processing, displaying, making available and reasonably adapting your prompt and public contribution while the service operates. You retain all other rights. If we restrict or remove your already published content and have your electronic contact details, we will provide the specific reason, the legal or contractual basis and an available path to human review. We will inform the notifier of the outcome where we have their electronic contact details.
13. Electronic contract formation and correction
Before placing a binding order you can review and edit your prompt and the displayed details. After interpretation you receive a preview showing the category, description, result and final price. A contract is formed only when you confirm with a button that clearly indicates a payment obligation and the order is successfully created. Before confirmation you can access these Terms, the Privacy Notice and withdrawal information. The accepted order data and legal wording are archived as an immutable record and confirmation is provided on a durable medium. The interface may be used in Slovak or English, without limiting mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
14. Technical requirements, functionality and compatibility
The First is a web-based digital service intended for a current mainstream browser with JavaScript enabled and a working internet connection. Strictly necessary storage or cookies may be required for sign-in, security and payment. The result forms part of one public, continuously changing shared world; other users and world events may change its surroundings or state under the service rules. Unless a particular preview expressly says otherwise, an order does not include a separate downloadable file, export, offline use or guaranteed interoperability with third-party software. No special hardware is required.
15. Legal capacity and third-party data
A paid order may be placed only by a person who has legal capacity under the applicable law to enter into that transaction; a minor may order only to the extent permitted by law or with lawful parental or guardian consent or representation. Do not place another person's personal data, sensitive data, likeness or other identifying information into a public prompt unless you are authorised or have another lawful basis. Such content may be restricted or removed and an affected person may use the reporting mechanism.
16. DSA contact point and content moderation
The electronic contact point for service recipients and public authorities is drakderos@gmail.com; Slovak and English may be used for electronic communication. Illegal or rights-infringing content can be notified through the Report content form. A notice should identify the specific content or URL/reference as precisely as possible, explain why it is allegedly illegal or rights-infringing, include the legal or factual basis where known, an electronic contact for the notifier and a good-faith confirmation. Prompts and AI results are automatically screened before publication, but notices and review requests are assessed by a person. If already published content is restricted and we have the affected user's electronic contact details, we provide a clear and specific statement of reasons covering the type of restriction, material facts and circumstances, the legal or contractual ground, whether automated means materially contributed, and available redress including human review and judicial remedies. We inform the notifier of the outcome where contact details are available.
