Withdraw from the contract here
14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding it.
To exercise the right, send an unambiguous statement through the “Withdraw from the contract here” function, by e-mail, or by post to the merchant details shown in the order confirmation.
An express request to start performance immediately does not cancel the right of withdrawal. On a timely withdrawal we refund the full price by the same payment method within 14 days of the notice.
Online withdrawal
Fill in your first name, surname, e-mail and the order reference. You do not have to give a reason for a withdrawal. After sending you receive a confirmation with the full content of the notice on a durable medium.
Model form
To: the merchant named in the order confirmation. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for this digital contribution: [order reference]. Ordered on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address, if sent by post]. Date: [date]. A signature is required only on a paper form.
Complaint
You can use the same online function to report a technical fault, a duplicate payment or a mismatch with the confirmed preview. Your statutory rights from liability for defects are not affected.
